Taking care of your mental health should be as normal and accessible as going to the gym. It can feel like a daunting task to find a therapist who feels like a good fit and also has availability. I provide the option of in-office sessions as well as telehealth (phone and video sessions). I help make therapy attainable for you.

With You Every Step of the Way
Couples Counseling
A New Outlook
Gain an understanding of what is happening in your life, and work together to help make changes for the better. Healing includes not only confronting problems, but learning the healthy fun and spontaneity that people with active lives and growing relationships enjoy - relationships that bring love and contentment.
Individual Therapy
Therapy that works with you
I will work with you in a safe and collaborative way to determine your goals for therapy. I'll also invite you to slow down and turn your attention inward, so you can notice thoughts and feelings that emerge and ultimately learn how to make more choices in the moment rather than simply reacting. I'll help you explore patterns of relating to others, without judgment, so you can decide which parts of your identity feel right and which no longer serve you. You will develop new skills that allow you to feel more at peace, safer in your body, and more conscious of your internal thoughts and feelings. Let's get started!

Good Faith Estimate
(No Surprises Act)
Your Rights Explained
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
